If you add items to a cart before you sign in, the cart is kept in your browser on your own device. It holds only which items and how many. When you sign in it is saved on Voixt Store's server instead, so it is there on any device you sign in on, and the copy on your device is removed.

If you save products to a wishlist before you sign in, the list is kept in your browser on your own device. It holds only which products. When you sign in, Voixt Store keeps your WhatsApp phone number, and a short description of your device (for example Chrome on Windows) and its IP address for security. A sign-in lasts up to 30 days without use, and 90 days at most. These records are deleted 30 days after it ends. You can sign out at any time, on this device or on all of them.

When you place an order on this website, Voixt Store receives and keeps your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), delivery address and the details of the order, in order to fulfil it and to talk to you about it. The addresses you save are kept until you remove them. An order is kept by Voixt Store for as long as the law requires them to keep their accounts.

When you tap an order button you continue the conversation in WhatsApp, where Voixt Store receives your name, phone number, delivery address and order details in order to fulfil your order and talk to you about it.

We do not sell your personal information. It may be shared with delivery and payment partners strictly to complete your order.
